1. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us on our official support channels.

Once an order is confirmed, processed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled because jewellery items are carefully packed, customised, and secured for dispatch.

2. Return Policy

Due to the nature of precious jewellery, we do not accept returns except in the following situations:

✔ Received damaged product
✔ Received wrong product
✔ Manufacturing defect

3. Replacement Policy

If your request is approved:

• A replacement will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned product
• Replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days
• The replacement item will be shipped free of cost

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only when:

✔ Payment is deducted but order is not confirmed
✔ Product is out of stock after payment
✔ Product cannot be replaced

Refund Mode:

Refund will be processed to the original payment method (UPI/Card/Net Banking/Wallet).

Refund Timeline:

Refund will be completed within 7–10 business working days after approval.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for return/refund:

• Customized / engraved jewellery
• Discounted or clearance sale items
• Used or damaged items (not caused during shipping)

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping (if applicable) must be borne by the customer unless the error is from our side.
